This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri B.Vijayakumar Advocate for the complainants and Sri G.Seetharama Rao, Advocate for the 1st opposite party and the 2nd opposite party called absent and after perusing the material papers on record and the Forum delivered the following:

The counsel for the complainants filed memo stating that the matter is settled out of Forum for a sum of Rs.2,05,000/- as full and final settlement vide cheque bearing No.015899 dt.17.05.2013 for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- and another cheque bearing No.000090 dt.20.05.2013 for a sum of Rs.5,000/- in favour of S.Dilshad Begum/1st complainant.
In view of the above memo the complaint is dismissed.
