Decree holder Rita Majhi is present along with her ld. Lawyer  Shri Sourav  Sengupta.

Judgment  Debtor being Sukumar Pradhan, Divisional Manager of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd.  is present through his lawyers, Shri Pralay Kar and Shri  Rupak Banerjee.

Heard both sides. An application on behalf of the decree holder files a petition praying for dispose of the case on the ground of compliance of the order. It is submitted that today the J.Dr. has made payment of Rs. 2,29,000/- vide cheque no. 190177 dated 02-12-2010 drawn at Bank of India, Dobson Lane Branch, as decreetal amount. It is further submitted that the decree holder / petitioner has received and accepted the payment with full satisfaction stating that she does not want to proceed with the instant case and prayed for drop the case. Perused.

Considered.

The prayer is allowed.

                That the execution case be disposed of on full satisfaction. 

                Personal appearance of J. Dr. Shri Sukumar Pradhan be dispensed with. Surety Mr. Nirban Mukherjee is discharged from bail bond.
