ORDER

The opposite party insurance company is hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,15,554/- with interest at 12% per annum from 2-9-1998 till the date of its payment to the complainant. The opposite party is also directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards the cost of the complainant.
