            Complainant  represented. Adv.S. Mammu filed  Vakalt for opposite party.  Complainant’s counsel filed memo stating that by oversight he has filed this complaint before this Forum, this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to try the complaint hence he is withdrawing the complaint with a liberty to file the same before the proper Forum having jurisdiction. Hence memo is allowed directing the office to return back the complaint and documents and complaint is closed as withdrawn.
