The Branch Manager-2, LIC of India Subash Road Anantapur. … Opposite Parties This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri M.Chandramouli, advocate for the complainant and Sri B.Haranath, advocates for the opposite parties 1 & 2 and after perusing the material papers on record, the Forum delivered the following: DOCKET O R D E R Both parties filed a Joint Memo stating that the complainant has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.18,753/- (Rupees eighteen thousand seven hundred and fifty three only) towards full and final settlement. The opposite parties filed a memo stating that in terms of full and final settlement between the parties, the opposite parties issued a cheque bearing No.558612 dt.24-07-2008 to the complainant. The learned counsel appearing for the complainant endorsed on the memo stating that the cheque for Rs.18,753/- is received and the complainant is not pressing the complaint. The complainant also filed Full Satisfaction Memo. Full Satisfaction is recorded. In view of the memos filed by both parties, the complaint is dismissed without costs as the matter is settled out of Forum.
