ORDER

The opposite party insurance company is directed to pay a sum of Rs.16,894-50 with interest at 14% per annum from 16-07-1996 the date of repudiation till teh date of its payment to the complainant. The opposite party is also directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards the costs to the complainant.
