          Complainant absent.  Opposite party represented.  Complainant’s advocate submits that the complaint is not turning up to give evidence, even though the posting date is intimated.  Documents produced along with proof affidavit is only photo copies.  The opposite party’s counsel opposed in accepting and making the documents, without allowing him to cross examine the complainant.  Hence photocopy of documents not marked.  There is absolutely no evidence .  Complaint stands dismissed.

          No costs.
