ORDER

Order Pronounced. The opposite parties are directed to pay Rs.24569/-(Rupees Twenty four thousand five hundred and sixty nine only) with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from 9-4-2008 till the date of realization under the mediclaim policy taken by the complainant, to pay Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) towards compensation for mental agony and to pay Rs.1000/- towards cost of this complaint to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
