The parties are represented by their ld. Counsel.

Judgment is pronounced in the open court.

                                               The complainant ptn is allowed. The complainant is entitled to

compensation for loss and sufferings on account of the deficiency of service on the part of the OP

 no-1. The complainant is entitled to an amount of Rs 1,47,000/- as compensation for cost of damage

of the vehicle, an amount of Rs.10,000/- for pain, mental agony and suffering and an amount of Rs

5,000/- as cost of litigation. Thus the total amount of compensation is assessed at Rs.1,62,000/-

(Rupees One Lakh Sixty Two Thousand). The entire amount shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from

the date of filing of the complain ptn till realization of the entire amount.

                                                    The Opposite Party no-1 is directed to make the payment of the entire

amount within 3(three) months.
