ORDER

            Today the learned Advocate Sri. G.R.A. field a memo, as the third party petitioner is not pressing his IA dt. 13-07-2012 by serving the copy of it to learned advocate for complainant.

            In view of the memo field by the learned advocate for third party petitioner and in view of no objection of the advocate for complainant IA dt. 13-07-2012 filed by third party petitioner is dismissed as not pressed.

            In view of the dismissal of the above said application, the learned advocate for complainant is submitting that, complainant has satisfied the claim amount outside the court and in view of the part amount deposited in this court by the opposite. In that regard, he also filed a memo dt. 13-07-2012 itself for to close the complaint.

            In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, and in view of the memo field by the learned advocate for complainant dt. 13-07-2012. This complaint is closed as complainant fully satisfied the claim amount.
