ORDER

ORDER DATE23/04/1997. The respondents are here by directed to pay a sum of Rs.27,514=09 to the complainant, towards cost of repair and replacement changes of the vehicle as per the survayors report. The respondents are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards the compensation towards damages suffered by the complainant. The respondents are further directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- towards the cost of this proceedings to the complainant.
