          Application for substitution has been filed by ( 1 )  Smt. Jagruti Ganatra, ( 2 ) Sri Davang Ganatra, ( 3 ) Kavita Changlani, & ( 4 ) Harshita Parekh for being substituted in this case as complainants in place of their predecessor in interest, Kishore Kumar Narottam Das Ganatra, complainant, since deceased, along with vakalatnama and death certificate  of sole complainant.

Let this petition registered as M.A. 49 of 2018.

This M.A. case is taken up for hearing.

Heard. Perused the petition and the materials on record.

It appears that sole complainant died on 17.02.2017. Substitution was not made within statutory period of ninety days from the date of death.

Any way considering the materials on record and the contents of this misc. case we are of the opinion that this petition should be allowed for interest of justice. So we are inclined to allow this petition.

Hence,

That the M.A. case be and the same is hereby allowed.

Let these  applicants be substituted as complainant nos. 1(a), 1(b), 1(c) and 1(d) in place of complainant, since deceased.

Thus the M.A. case no. 49 fo 2018 is hereby disposed of.
