In the light of order dated 17.05.2022, office report dated 01.07.2022 has been submitted that registered court notice was issued to the complainant on 24.05.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.

The office has submitted the tracking report of registered court notice issued to the complainant, according to which, the delivery of the notice has been confirmed.

Further, office report dated 02.07.2022 has been submitted that an application has been received from the complainant by post.

In the aforesaid application, it has been mentioned that the complainant has settled the dispute with the insurance company (opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 to the consumer complaint), hence he does not want to press this consumer complaint.

Accordingly, the consumer complaint is dismissed, as not pressed.
