ORDER

Order dt.30/06/2006 The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the name of the complainant in any nationalised bank as per the terms of schedule mentioned in the order adding interest thereon @12% p.a. from the date of repduation till its payment with Rs.500/- as cost of the proceedings to the complainant with in 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member
