ORDER   Order Below Exhibit 1   PER SHRI. S.S. PATIL - HON’BLE MEMBER :           Read order passed below delay condonation application. Even according to the Complainant, delay of 1367 days is caused in filing of this complaint. The Complainant has failed to assign sufficient ground to condone the delay. Therefore, delay condonation application is rejected. Hence, present complaint is dismissed as it is hopelessly barred by law of limitation. No order as to cost.
