ORDER

 The counsel for the complainant states that on telephone the Insurance company has repudiated the claim of the complainant and officially there is no such repudiation letter. 

                    The OPs are directed to  decide the claim within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which they shall be liable to pay Rs.10,000/- to the complainant and the complainant would have liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

                   Accordingly the complaint is dispose of.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
