ORDER DATE-25/04/1996. The respondent is directed to pay the balance amount of Rs.42,015/- together with interest at the rate of 12% P.A. from 12/08/93 onwards till payment. Further the respondent is also directed to pay the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. The respondent shall comply the above direction within one month from the date of the receipt of this order.
