Complainant takes no step inspite of repeated calls till 1.15 P.M.

          As it appears from the record, since the day of filing of the case, complainant did not take any positive/forceful step to hear the matter for admission hearing. Conduct of the complainant is not at all satisfactory and leads me to believe that he is no more interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, it is,

ORDERED

          that the consumer case being no. CC-05/2011 be and the same is hereby dismissed for default.
