ORDER

Order dt.11/08/2005 The complaint is allowed. The O.Ps are directed to settle the claim of the complainant for Rs.30,000/- with 12% interest from the date when complainant became eligible for that amount till its final payment. (However the complainant has incurred expenditure more than Rs.30,000/- but the claim is restricted to only Rs.30,000/- as insured sum is only Rs.30000/-) and to pay Rs.1000/- as damages and a Rs.1000/- as cost of this proceedings to the complainant with in sixty days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member. sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
