Ld. lawyars of the both parties are present.It is submitted by the complainant that teh already recieved Rs. 57500/-the balance claimed amount on 13/12/2013 but fact remains it is part of total claim of mediclaim but before that complainant get Rs. 75000/- that means she has got Rs. 132500/- but  sum insured as per policy is rs. 127500/- joint got excess rs. 5000/- which is for cost and interest and so it is proved that complainant's claim is satisfied by paying entire claim of the complainant and also rs. 5000/- as excess as interest and cost and so complainant is  not entitled to get any further relief on the ground that just after appearanceof the op offered the amount and sent it to the complainant for which ops can not be penalosed when good approach is shown.

                                                           In the result the present complainant is disposed of full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant but allowing  and further releif.
