The case has not yet been admitted at this stage, the complainant filed an application which is treated and registered as MA-398/2023 with a prayer for condonation of delay. Ld. Advocate for both parties are present. In the midst of hearing, Ld. Advocate for the complainant expressed that his client would not get justice from this commission in this matter. Under such circumstances, this commission is of opinion that it would not be wise to take up the matter for hearing and for that reason, let the matter be refereed to the Hon’ble President SCDRC, West Bengal for transferring this case to any other DCDRC in West Bengal from DCDRC, Unit II Kolkata for adjudication. The case record is thus sent to the Hon’ble President SCDRC, West Bengal for his consideration and necessary order. The MA/398/2023 stands dismissed. | |
