ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESDIENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                       JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed this consumer complaint U/s.12 of C.P. Act, 1986 seeking following reliefs;

            “Direct the opposite parties to pay the accidental death claim amount of Rs.5 lakhs out of the amount of Rs.5 lakhs paid by the opposite parties and also adequately compensate towards mental agony and litigation expenses”.

            It is undisputed fact that husband of complainant had taken on LIC policy bearing No.599727992 for Rs.5 lakhs on 28.01.2015 and pay the premium on 28.01.2015 amounting Rs.37,259/- and expired due to bullet injury on 07.12.2015 during currency of the policy.

            After hearing both sides and on agreed by counsel for both sides, we dispose of this consumer complaint with liberty to the complainant to submit fresh claim application with all required documents within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and if any further requirement needs to be fulfilled the same may be pointed out by opposite party No.2 within 10 days and settle the claim within 45 days after fulfilling all requirements by the complainant. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of without any cost.
