Learned Counsel for the opposite parties has made a statement that if the complainant fulfil a surrender value farm and submits the same to the LIC alongwith original policy bond. The opposite parties/LIC is ready to refund total surrender value of the policy as per policy documents. On the other hand counsel of complainant has also made a statement that in view of statement of counsel of complainant I want to withdraw the present complaint. Keeping in view on the statement of both the parties present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
