This complaint coming on this day for settlement of the case and upon the counsel for complainant Sri.Y.Sreenivasulu Advocate, Kurnool filed full Satisfaction memo dismiss the complaint and Sri.I.Anantha Rama Sasty, Advocate, Kurnool for opposite parties 1 to 3 and after perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.
