The Dhr. has also filed a petition praying for permission to withdraw the cheques received by this Forum. She has also filed xerox copy of Voter’s card and Adhaar Card. The Dhr. has also prayed for disposal  of the Execution case with full satisfaction

Perused the petition and other materials on record.

        Heard the ld. Lawyer for the Dhr.

        On perusal of order no.82 dated 4.7.2017 we find that this Forum received two A/c. Payee cheques in the name of the Dhr.being nos. 290526 and 290527 both dated 19.4.2017for Rs.1,10,780/- and Rs.18,781/- respectively from the Additional Director(Accounts), Government of West Bengal, Directorate of consumer Affairs & Fair Business Practice, 11-A, Mirza Ghalib Street, Kolkata  700 087, in connection with the present case. Dhr. Smt. Swagata Saha is entitled to withdraw the said cheques. As such Dhr. is permitted to withdraw the said cheques on proper receipt and on proper identificatioin by the recorded lawyer. One xerox copy of those two cheques be kept with the record.

         The Dhr. has also prayed for disposal of the case on full and final satisfaction.

         The prayer is considered and allowed.

         Hence, it is

that the E.A case no. 27/2011 be and the same is disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
