ORDER.
The present disputes emerges out of the grievance raised in the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service against afore mentioned O.Ps for non payment of LIC death claim insured amount bearing policy No. 574381094 .
The learned counsel for the O.P. Sri K.Ch.G.S.Kumandan appeared before the Commission and filed a memo submitted that the insured amount a sum of Rs. 4,76,750/- has been credited in the S.B. account of the complainant on Dt. 21.4.2022 towards full and final satisfaction of the claim towards insured amount of LIC policy No. 574381094 and prays the commission to close the case for the best interest of justice.
The complainant personally present before the commission and submitted Memo to close the case as the dispute between the parties have been resolved as the O.Ps had credited the insured amount a sum of Rs. 4,76,750/- on DT.21.04.2022 in the S.B. account No.50164874265 of the complainant.. The complainant prays the commission to close the case against the O.Ps as they had settled the dispute at their end with his full and final satisfaction of the complainant with out any delay. To prove her identity the complainant furnished the Xerox copies of the Adhar card and the pass book account.
Soon after receiving of the notice from this commission the O.Ps tried to settle the dispute in the right time as to the full and final satisfaction of the complaint as thus the complainant prayed the commission to close the present case against the O.Ps being received the claimed amount by the complainant. The complainant not interested to proceed further with the case as amicably settled between the parties accordingly the complainant received the full and final satisfaction of her claim. Hence the complainant intends to with draw the consumer case against the O.Ps.
Both the post of members are lying vacant. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case the record is taken up today.
Perused the record & documents, verified the payment slip of S.B. account pass book. Accordingly the memo of the complainant as well as O.Ps are allowed and the case is closed and the O.Ps are wriggled out of their liability. Copy of the extract order be supplied to the parties on demand free of cost.
