Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing written version by the OP No. 2.

 

Simultaneously, the OP No.2 (Branch Manager) L.I.C.I. Balurghat Branch has filed a petition stating that the OP No. 2 has submitted a cheque amounting to Rs.70,000/- in favour of the complainant being cheque No.355311 dt. 15.5.2018 and prayed for passing necessary order to that effect.

 

On the other hand, the complainant / petitioner has filed a petition stating that the said cheque may be handed over to her and has also prayed for disposal of the case.

 

Ld. Lawyer for the OP No. 2 has submitted before the Forum that the OP No. 2 has deposited the cheque amounting to Rs.70,000/- in favour of the complainant and the case may be disposed of accordingly.

 

On the other hand, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has submitted that the cheque may be handed over to the complainant and there is no further grievances against the OP No. 2 and the case may be disposed of with full satisfaction.

 

After hearing of both sides and on perusal of the record it appears that the cheque amounting to Rs.70,000/- has been received by the complainant with full satisfaction.

 

Hence, it is

O R D E R E D

            that the instant C.C. case be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

 

 

            Let a plain copy of this order be furnished to the parties forthwith free of cost.
