ORDER

1)The complaint is allowed.

2)No charge sustains as against Opposite Party-1.

3)Opposite Party-2 shall pay Complainant’s claim of Rs.50,000/- together with simple interest at 9% per annum thereon from 01/03/2007 (being the date the claim rejection vides letter of 22/02/2007 can be said to have been communicated) till actual payment.

4)Complainant is awarded compensation of Rs.10,000/- and costs of Rs.5,000/-.

5)Opposite Party-2 shall comply with above directions within 45 days of date of this order.
