     Advocate for complainant files a memo signed by complainant that, the matter is settled out of Forum and OP No.1 to 3 have deposited the policy amount in account of complainant to the satisfaction of the claim and hence the complaint filed by complainant may be dismissed as not pressed.  

     Complainant also submits that, OP No.1 to 3 have deposited the policy amount towards full satisfaction, in her bank account and case may be closed.

     Hence the complaint filed by the complainant U/S.12 of C.P. Act as against the OP No.1 to 5 is hereby dismissed as not pressed.  No cost.
