          The record is placed today for passing necessary orders in respect of the present execution case, which has been filed U/Ss 25 & 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 at the instance of the DHr.  On perusal of the materials on record we find that the JDrs have filed an affidavit-in-opposition against the application U/S 25 & 27 of the Consumer Protection Act along with two enclosures.  On perusal of the affidavit-in-opposition and also from the enclosures annexed thereto we find that Divisional Manager, Division No. II, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., has submitted by its letter dt. 16.12.11 that the impugned order passed by the Ld. State Commission has been duly honoured on full satisfaction by payment of the dues along with interest and compensation.  On a careful perusal of the materials on record we find that the DHr has not come before us to oppose such proposition and under such circumstances, we have no alternative but to observe that the Execution Case be disposed of on full satisfaction as per prayer of the JDr Nos. 1 & 2.

          Hence, it is ORDERED that the Execution Case stands disposed of on full satisfaction.
