Today is fixed for bringing stay order from the Hon’ble State Commission by the Jdr. No steps taken by the Dhr. On behalf of the Jdr. a petition along with a Net Copy of the final order passed in First Appeal No.FA/468/2014 by the Hon’ble State Commission has been filed praying to dismiss this execution case.
On scrutiny of the record it appears that this Forum by passing the final order on 13.01.2014 was pleased to allow the complaint petition by passing an award against the O.P. Being dissatisfied the O.P./Jdr. preferred appeal as mentioned above and the Hon’ble State Commission has been pleased to dispose of the said appeal No.FA/468/2014 on 27.09.2016 by allowing the same and setting aside the final order passed by this Forum under execution and also dismissing the complaint. This execution case was filed to execute the final order passed by this Forum on 13.01.2014. In the above discussion it is clear that the execution petition has lost its force at present. As the final order dated 13.01.2014 has no force, the execution case should be disposed of by dismissing the same. Hence, it is

that the execution case being No.23/2014 is disposed of by dismissing the same.
Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
