This complaint is coming before us for hearing and Sri C.P.Suresh, Advocate for the complainant and Sri C.Rajasekhar Reddy, Advocate for the opposite party No.2 and the complaint against the 1st opposite party was dismissed and this Forum made the following:
The complainant filed this complaint under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and prays to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.2,500/- with interest @ 12% p.a. from 31-07-2013 till the date of realization and to pay costs of Rs.1,000/-.

The case is suo-moto reopened, as Sri C.P.Suresh, advocate filed a memo.
The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
Sri C.P.Suresh, Advocate for the complainant filed a memo which reads as follows:
that it is humbly submitted that the above case is not pressed subject to realization of the amount from the opposite parties with a liberty to file a fresh complaint, in case the complainant has not received an amount as prayed for.
Heard the learned counsel for the complainant, in view of the facts of the memo, memo is allowed.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to file a fresh complaint, if necessary.
With this observation, this complaint is dismissed.
