Complainant is absent without step. O.P. files hajira through his Ld. Lawyer. Complainant is found absent on repeated calls. Heard the Ld. lawyer for the O.P. He submits that O.P. WBSEDCL has already  restored  electric connection of the complainant and the entire matter has been settled  and for this the complainant is not taking any step . He prays for passing necessary order. . Considered. We find that the complainant has yet not filed  S/C as directed. In the above circumstances and in view of the above submission of the Ld. lawyer for this case deserves dismissal. 

Hence it is 

ORDERED

that this case is dismissed for default without cost. The case is thus disposed off. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
