No one appears for the appellant. It appears that the instant complaint is not maintainable before this Commission because of pecuniary jurisdiction.

The complainant purchased a Tractor on 27.10.2017 under hypothecation agreement financed by opposite party. It is submitted that tractor was seized on 05.12.2018 and due to seizure of the Tractor, the complainant has suffered loss of Rs. 20 lakh.

     Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the complaint is not maintainable before this Commission. However, liberty is granted to the complainant to persue his remedy before the District Commission.

     In the result, the complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
