ORDER

Order dated - 19/03/1996. The respondent are directed not to collect Rs.9,106/- as claimed in the bill Ex P1 and to collect Rs.1,659/- only and if already paid by the complainant to take that amount as the amount paid to the bill dated 1-9-94 and to restore the telephone No.27351. Further the respondents are also directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as compensation and cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant.
