ORDER

ORDER DATED 04/07/2000 The OP telephone department is directed to recalculate the amounts in respect of the bills dated 21-5-96 21-7-96, 21-9-96 on the basis of the highest bills received by the complainatn prior to the bill dated 21-5-96 and adding 10% to the amounts so calculated. On the payment of the amount so calculated within 15 days from the date of notice issued by the telephone department the complainant's telephone should be restored. The OP is directed to fix the amounts in the light of the above observation within 60 days from the date of this order. The complainant is awarded Rs.2,000/- as compensation to be paid by the Op within 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. sd/- M. Shambulingappa, President. sd/- P.C.
