                The petitioner Shri Manoj Kr. Palit has filed an application praying for dispose of the case on the ground of settlement.

                Heard both sides. It is submitted that the instant case has already amicably settled between the parties out of court and in respect of the same necessary papers enclosed therewith.

                Perused the same. It appears that matters in dispute has been settled between the parties out of court and as such petitioner is not willing to proceed with the case.
