The present complaint is about non-disbursement of Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship 2016-17. The complainant was eligible & thus selected for the said scholarship. She has duly uploaded the relevant documents in the designated portal of the government. But as the complaint relates to period of 2016-17, it is seriously barred by limitation. During the hearing on the point of admission, the father of complainant said that such scholarships are paid for Class-9, 10, 11 & 12. The application for Class-12 & its non-disbursal would be a period within 2 years. So as per the prayer of the complainant & her father, the case was kept for so many dates for production of documents which may bring the complaint within the limitation period. But as the complainant failed to bring any new documents to save it from the rigors of limitation, the complaint is dismissed at the point of admission.
