Complainant present.  Heard on admission.  The complaint is filed for measuring and allotting the property which the complaint obtained by virtue patta.

After hearing the matter, we are of the view that the subject matter of the complaint does not come under the purview of the consumer protection Act.  So the complaint is not maintainable and dismissed. Complainant is at liberty to approach proper authority for relief.
