This Execution Application has been filed by the petitioner/decree holder against the judgment debtors/opposite parties for compliance of the order in CC.No.157/2022 dated 30.03.2023 failing which to issue warrant of arrest u/s 72 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Decree Holder present. However, it is seen that an enquiry has been held by Revenue Divisional Officer on 05.10.2023 wherein it is stated that certain issues exist as to transfer of Patta name to Decree Holder/Petitioner. In view of the same Execution Application is closed as infructuous. Complainant/Decree Holder to approach appropriate Forum. No cost.
