1.         The Director (Sumesh Chawla) M/s Greenfield Sites Management Private Limited, SCO 196-197 (Top Floor), Sector 34-A, Chandigarh.

2.         The Managing Director cum Chairman (H.S.Mann) Chandigarh Overseas Pvt. Limited, Fashion Technology Park, SCO 196-197, Sector 34-A, (Top Floor), Chandigarh.

 

                                                                                                            - Opposite Parties

 

Present:           Sh.Bakshish Singh, GPA of Complainants/DHs with counsel Sh.Rajeev Gupta, Advocate for Complainants.

Sh.Gurmit Singh, Manager/Representative of OPs.

 

Dated, the 11th day of March, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     Case taken up in the Lok Adalat. Sh.Gurmit Singh, Manager/Representative of OPs has brought a cheque of Rs.3,04,000/- in the name of complainant-Mastan Singh, which Sh.Bakshish Singh, GPA of Complainants/DHs has received and made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Bakshish Singh s/o Sant Singh, GPA of Complainants/DHs, r/o House No.2107, Phase 10, Mohali, alongwith counsel Sh.Rajeev Gupta, Advocate for Complainants.

 

I have received cheque No.856353, dated 10.3.2011 amounting to Rs.3,04,000/- drawn on Andhra Bank, Chandigarh, in the name of complainant Mastan Singh, from the OPs as 3rd and final payment against the order dated 27.8.2010 passed by this Forum in CC No.362 of 2010. The order dated 27.8.2010 passed by this Forum has been complied with by the OPs. Hence, I withdraw the present execution application as satisfied”

 

2.                     In view of the statement given by the GPA of Complainants/DHs, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
