JUDGMENT/FINAL ORDER
Complainant above named filed this complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against the aforesaid Opposite Parties praying for direction to the Opposite Parties to pay matured value of fund lying before them, compensation amounting to Rs. 1,00,000/-, cost of the case amounting to Rs. 10,000/- and other reliefs.
He alleged that he invested some fund before the Opposite Parties but after maturity date did not get the maturity value. He sent legal notice to the O.Ps claiming proper relief but did not get any fruitful result. Hence, the Complainant filed this case.
Decisions with Reasons:-
Case was admitted on 01/02/2023. Notice served upon the O.Ps but they did not turn up.
On 15/01/2024 was fixed for filing S/R, appearance, W/V and T/R.
On that date Complainant was found absent without any steps. Next date was fixe on 22/02/2024.
On 22/02/2024 Complainant was again found absent till 1:20 p.m.
He was asked to file Show Cause by 03/04/2024 as to why necessary order shall not be passed against him.
On 03/04/2024 case was adjourned due to no quorum.
Next date was fixed on 15/05/2024 for filing Show Cause by the Complainant.

But on 15/05/2024 Complainant was again found absent. He did not file Show Cause on that date.
Complainant did not file original copy of all the necessary documents so that this Commission can adjudicate this case on merit.
The conduct of the Complainant indicates that he has lost his interest to proceed with this case.
In the result, present case fails

That the present case be and the same vide no. CC/07/2023 is dismissed against the Opposite Parties but without any order as to costs.
Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
