It appears from the record that opposite party no.1 disclosed in its written version that the consignment of the complainant was brought by Sahasra Sai on 19/08/2021.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner submits that in view of the above, Sahasra Sai is a necessary party to this case. As details of Sahasra Sai and its address has not been disclosed by opposite party no.1, the instant application has been filed on the prayer for the direction upon opposite party no.1 to disclose the details as mentioned in the schedule of the Misc. Application.

For proper adjudication of the case the prayer made by the complainant/ petitioner in Misc. Application dated 08/09/2023 is allowed on contest without cost.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to disclose the details of Sahasra Sai as per schedule of the Misc. Application in CC/249/2021.

Thus, the Misc. Application is disposed of.
