By G. Yadunadhan, President: Complainant filed a complaint before this Forum as C.C.22/08. On verification, Forum reveals that the Opposite party is residing at Chennai. So this Forum sent notice to complainant only. On 21.5.2008 Complainant was absent for hearing on maintainability. Forum waited her appearance continuously for the five consecutive postings.
