Order Below Exhibit 1

            The Complainant and his Advocates Shri. Vijay Shinde are absent on previous date and today also.  The Advocate for Opposite Party Shri. R.K. Dogra is present.  He has submitted the letter dtd.22/01/2015 by which the written statement filed by Opposite Party was served by Speed Post.  The postal receipt and A.D. receipt of Speed Post are also placed on record.  From the letter issued by Opposite Party, it appears that the Complainant is made aware of today’s date.  It appears that the Complainant and his Advocate are negligent. Hence, complaint is dismissed for default of the Complainant with no order as to cost.
