No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly. O.P. Nos.1 & 2 are absent.

On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 21.11.2022, the complainant has been  absenting himself from attending the Commission for conducting his case.  Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution and date was fixed on 25.01.2024.

Today also the complainant is absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 3/2022  be and the same is hereby dismissed for default against the complainant without any cost.

Accordingly, the M.A. case being No. 63/2022 is also disposed of .
