          This appeal coming up before us on 31.08.2021 for appearance of appellant, for steps to amend the cause title or for dismissal this Commission made the following order in open court:

            No representation for appellant.  Respondent present.   The sole appellant/ complainant was died.  Hence, a petition praying for impleading the legal heirs was filed and allowed.  Consequently, the complainant had to take steps for amendment.  This matter is pending for taking steps to amendment from the year 2019.  Today also, the matter is posted for appearance of appellant and for steps to amend the cause title or for dismissal.  Though sufficient opportunities given and posted today for appearance or for dismissal, there is no representation for the appellant.  The matter was passed over and called twice, the appellant neither represented nor present thereby, showing that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case.  Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the appeal on file.  Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default.  No cost.
