15.03.2019                The case put up today on the strength of Put Up Petition filed by the complainant along with a Memorandum of Settlement. The said Memorandum of Settlement duly signed by both the parties which reveals that the case has been settled between the parties outside the forum and agreed for closure of the case in terms of Memorandum of Settlement and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

As the matter of dispute has been settled outside the forum and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn in terms of Memorandum of Settlement.

Accordingly the present Consumer Complaint Case is disposed of.
