Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits by filing a petition that the notices upon the Op- 1, 2, 3 & 4 could not be served as all the offices of the OP-1, 2, 3&4 are closed and as the case against the Op-1, 2, 3&4 are pending before the Hon’ble High Court and complainant intends to club together with those cases to raise his grievance before the Hon’ble High Court. Under such circumstances the complainant wants to withdraw this complaint from this Forum.

Heard ld. Lawyer of the complainant and also from the complainant who is present today. Prayer of the complainant is allowed. Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint  being No. 67/2017 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
