The Commission ordered the payment of Rs. 31.045/- to the Complainant by the Opposite Party and accordingly the Opposite Party deposited the amount by cheque in favour of Registrar. Under U.O. Note, the rejoinder was directed to deposit the cheque in the account of the commission and pay to the Complainant after obtaining receipt The Ld. CounseI for the Complainant submitted for direction to be given for payment of the said amount by cheque by the Slate Commission the Complainant The Registrar may act accordingly for payment of the amount by cheque to the Complainant

                                        A plain copy of the order may be given to the Complainant

Cheque hand and over by the Register to the opposite party and receipted obtained as confirmed by the Ld.Counsel for opposite party and also confirmed by the court officer No further direction need to be given to the Register is they time.
